Smog Check Map uses Google Analytics to see which pages people visit. Analytics puts a cookie in your browser. That cookie lets Google tell a return visit from a first visit. The request also includes your IP address, which Google processes. We look at page counts, such as how often a city page or a station page is opened. We don't get your name from this.

The search box and the location button run in your browser. The city or ZIP you type stays on the page. If you share your location, the browser uses it to sort nearby stations. Those coordinates are not sent to Google Analytics.

We may show ads from Google later. Those ads may use cookies to show relevant ads. You can opt out at https://adssettings.google.com or at https://www.aboutads.info.

We don't sell personal info. This site has no accounts and no forms. There is nothing to sign in to and nothing to submit.
